Every couple is different, so I tailor our work to meet you exactly where you are. Some sessions are about untangling stuck patterns and misunderstandings. Others are about learning new tools — for communication, for empathy, for reconnecting emotionally and physically.
Above all, our work is about helping you feel safe with each other again — safe to speak honestly, to listen deeply, and to grow together.
